Our primary business objective is to accumulate a portfolio of high-quality real estate assets and to deliver the benefits of real estate ownership to our investors.

Since being listed on the TSX in September of 1993, CREIT has consistently delivered reliable distributions to our investors and has generated attractive long-term returns.
