CREIT has developed a Disclosure Policy to address the dynamic regulatory environment in which it operates. The Disclosure Policy has a dual purpose: (1) it establishes rules surrounding confidentiality and insider trading and (2) it sets out a process for the timely and accurate disclosure of information.
The Disclosure Policy applies to all Trustees, officers and employees of CREIT. The policy covers topics including authorized spokespersons for CREIT, Material Information, avoidance of selective disclosure, confidentiality and the purchase and sale of CREIT securities.
